一、总帐系统凭证过账时提示 3064，名称或代码已经被使用：
　　问题说明：过账时提示凭证无法过账、查询账薄报表时无法查询、无法结转损益、结转损益之后无法过帐或仍有科目余额，提示：在结果的数据列中多次出现F1，名称或代码已经存在等问题提示。
　　问题的原因：这种情况一般是fdetailcount数目不对或者相同的核算项目组合出现重复记录 
　　解决的方法：exec sp_cleanitemdetailv--横表生成纵表的存储结构
